- School Leaving Process

1. Students should confirm that all grades for current semester have been announced

    (Including English proficiency/credits waived, Social Practice, graduation requirement credits, etc.)

   If the grades hasn’t been announced yet, or if student don’t meet the required credits for graduation,

   student will not be able to graduate.

2. School Leaving Process Form

Please log into the Student Info System, and print out School Leaving Process Form,

and complete the stamped by the relevant units.

3. Bring the School Leaving Process Form and Student ID card, to Undergraduate Academic  Affairs Division(註冊組).
